1. Who controls your data
Sankofa Property Intelligence is the data controller for personal data processed through Deal Analyser Pro. You can reach us via Sankofa Property Intelligence.
2. What we collect
- Account data — your email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in by magic link or Google. Anonymous sessions hold only a generated session identifier.
- Deal data — the property inputs, assumptions and analyses you enter or save, stored against your account.
- Access and billing state — introductory-analysis usage, professional access status, subscription status, period dates and the Stripe customer/subscription identifiers.
- Audit records — a log of access grants, revocations and payment events, kept for accountability.
We do not receive or store your card number, CVC or bank details. Those go directly to Stripe.
3. Why we process it
To provide the service and your account (contract), to take and reconcile payments (contract and legal obligation), to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests), and to meet accounting and tax duties (legal obligation).
4. Processors we use
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting for your account, deal data and access state.
- Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, invoices and the billing portal. Stripe is an independent controller for payment data.
- Lovable — application hosting and the AI gateway used to generate written commentary on analyses you run.
5. Retention
Account, deal and access data are kept while your account exists. Payment and audit records are retained for as long as required for accounting and dispute purposes. If your professional access ends after a refund or chargeback, your account and saved work are preserved so you can return.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use only what the service needs to work: an authentication session, and local preferences such as your onboarding choices. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.
