Refund & Cancellation Policy

£149/month, billed monthly and renewing automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time from Account & billing; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Prices include any tax shown at checkout.

Cancel at any time from Account & billing → Manage billing & cancellation, which opens the Stripe billing portal. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

When you cancel, professional access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payment is taken. Your account, saved deals and history remain intact afterwards.

If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and the service has not met your expectations, contact us and we will refund that payment in full.

After that, subscription payments already taken for a completed or current month are non-refundable, because access is provided continuously for that period. We will always look at genuine billing errors, duplicate charges or a failure of the service on our side, and refund where that is the fair outcome.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.

A refund or chargeback ends professional access immediately. Your account, stored work and history are preserved, and you can subscribe again at any time.

If a payment fails, Stripe automatically retries over a short recovery window and we show you a notice on the account page so you can update your card. Access continues during retries and ends only if recovery fails.

The Professional Intelligence Report (£1,750+) is a commissioned engagement invoiced separately, with refund terms set in the engagement letter. It is not purchased online and is not covered by this policy.
