Deal Analyser Pro is operated by Sankofa Property Intelligence (“Sankofa”, “we”). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms.

Deal Analyser Pro produces a structured Sankofa assessment from the inputs you supply: appraisal outputs, scoring, scenario testing, red-flag registers and, where selected, CHDIF / public-capital analysis. Outputs are decision-support material.

The service is not a RICS Red Book valuation, and it is not regulated investment, legal, tax or financial advice. It does not replace professional due diligence, survey, legal title investigation or lender underwriting. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you enter and for any decision you take.

You may begin in an anonymous session, but a durable account is required to subscribe. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

£149/month, billed monthly and renewing automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time from Account & billing; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Prices include any tax shown at checkout.

Deal Analyser Pro — Professional Access is charged at £149/month in GBP. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. If a payment fails, Stripe retries and your access continues during that recovery window before ending.

The Professional Intelligence Report (£1,750+) is a commissioned engagement scoped and invoiced separately. It is not purchased online and these subscription terms do not apply to it.

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Do not resell, scrape or systematically extract the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or upload material you have no right to use. We may suspend access for breach.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
